Sculpting Sound For Film
I find recording and creating sounds that support a cinematic narrative very interesting. From sound design to mixing in 5.1, 7.1, or 3D surround, my objective is always the same: to deliver a full and immersive experience. I work with Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and spatial audio tools such as Dolby Atmos, ensuring precise control over the audience’s sonic environment.
Sound in film is never static, and neither is the process of creating it. From layering ambiences and recording impulse responses to crafting SFX and seamlessly blending textures together, sound design gives a film breath and life. It is, at its core, a world-building process. Every sound in the final mix should reflect the cause-and-effect relationship between characters and their environment, grounding the story in a fully believable auditory world.
